Leather Care:
- Do not attempt to wash or dry clean your Solomon Chancellor bag.
- For surface dirt, wipe clean with a soft cloth.
- Wipe down a bag that has gotten wet with a dry cloth.
- For minor scuffs and scratches, start by using a soft cloth and massaging the area to bring up oils from within the leather.
- For cleaning and conditioning use a leather conditioner. Apply a small amount to a clean, dry cloth and rub gently into the leather, evenly coating a complete section to achieve a uniform result. Test on an unseen spot before applying broadly.

Returns:
- At Solomon Chancellor, we are proud to offer the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item (new, unused, unmarked, undamaged) in its original box within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. Monogramed items cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the conditions above are not met.
